The Cary42 portable two-player arcade console is the creation of Swedish designer Love Hultén, who is well known in the retro gaming console niche.
The Cary42 is made of wood, handcrafted of course. It comes in the form of an attaché case, so you can carry it around with you. The basic model is made of solid American walnut, but if you want to be even more unique, you can request your preferred material. And if that’s not enough, ask for some genuine pearl inlay. Might as well, right?
And since it’s a two-player console, you and your companion can have a friendly round – or two – of your favorite game. The Cary42 comes with 100 classic games – 100! Again, if that’s not enough, you can add your own favorites via USB. The console can store more than 10,000 emulated games. Portable it may be, but it can store quite a bunch of games.
