Want Something Different? Check Out Push Me Pull You the Video Game

Lots of people have gone AWOL in the past days, having been holed up in their gaming caves playing either Fallout 4 or Call of Duty Black Ops 3. I guess bosses have been getting a lot of “I’m sick. I can’t make it to work for a few days.” calls.

That’s understandable, though, what with gamers having to wait eons for the games to come out.

But the gaming landscape is not all about the popular franchises. We’ve got the casual games, which is a huge market, and there are the indie games which are rising in popularity as well. That means we get new games – both good and bad. And then there are the downright weird ones.

Enter Push Me Pull You the video game.

The first time I heard about the game, I thought of Newton’s Third Law of Motion. While the video game isn’t exactly all about that (in fact, it may break some laws of physics), it does offer a weirdly different gaming experience.

The work of indie game developers House House, Push You Pull Me may very well be the next big thing for family/friend gaming.

The idea is ridiculously simple: you have to wrestle your opponent(s) for control of the ball.

The fun is in the oddness of the characters and how difficult it can be to keep the ball due to how the characters move.

The creators couldn’t have said it any better: “It’s a bit like a big hug, or playing soccer with your small intestines.”

You have to see this for yourself, really.
