13th Doctor Barbie Doll Coming Soon!

Whovians, rejoice! You can soon have a 13th Doctor Barbie doll on your shelf. Mattel has announced this very special limited edition Barbie, as a tribute to the first-ever female Doctor.

Mattel gave us the treat yesterday, a mere day after the premiere of season 11 of Doctor Who – the 13th Doctor’s first episode. (On that note, what did you think of it?)

Those who follow the brand on Instagram found out – to their delight – that a 13th Doctor Barbie doll is going to be released.

Wearing her already signature shirt with rainbow stripes, cropped trousers, and trench coat, the Doctor (doll) also has her sonic screwdriver.

A confession: the last Barbie we had kind of got separated from her head, and we’ve never asked for one since then. This time, though, the want meter is going way up.

We have to wait till December 3, 2018 to get our hands on this baby, but we can pre-order now to make sure we don’t miss out. It’s limited edition after all. The doll is $49.99 from the Barbie shop.
