I mean, minifigs are awesome – everything is awesome! – and having your own head on a minifig even more so. Years ago, that was probably a dream of an AFOL or two (or a hundred), but thanks to a company called Funky3DFaces, you can now have your own 3D-printed LEGO head.

Just take two photos of yourself – front and side (your good side, naturally) – send them to Funky3DFaces, and you’re good to go.
Can you imagine all the fun you’ll have playing with DC minifigs and proclaiming yourself the Hero of heroes? Savior of the world. Benefactor of mankind. Worshiped by everyone. At least in your LEGO room.
You can even have a 3D-printed LEGO head of your worst enemy, and have a go at him. If you’ve got a good side, then you can use the service to give a customized gift that will ensure a high-five, a pint, a hug, or whatever floats your boat.
