Adidas Sneakers for Marvel’s 80th Anniversary Are Understatedly Gorgeous
Adidas x Marvel sneakers are on their way, and they look absolutely gorgeous. And not in the flashy kind of way. If anything, these sneakers are understated. (At least one of the pairs.)
Joe Quesada, Marvel Entertainment’s Chief Creative Officer, pulled this design from his beautiful mind in celebration of Marvel’s 80th anniversary. Two decades short of entertaining humans for a hundred years, Marvel’s choice for an emblem is sure to get fans excited.
Foot Locker is also part of the Adidas x Marvel sneakers project, with the announcement and special launch right in time for the 2019 New York Comic Con.
According to Sneaker News, there are two exclusive commemorative editions of the adidas AM4.
The first one is what I was referring to when I said understated. Budded AM4 “Marvel 80 Vol. 1”, it’s all about the brand. Just the logo and the number 80. That’s it. But it’s a beauty.
