Get Your Bane Masks Before They Run Out
So apparently, the sales of Bane masks online have been skyrocketing. I suppose it is not that surprising given the fact that we all need to wear masks these days. Where I’m at, if you don’t wear a mask when you’re out in public, you can get fined or even do jail time!
And when it comes to masks and popular culture, it’s hard to find something (someone?) more iconic than Bane.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, “plastic adult Bane masks (not approved pandemic wear by medical officials) are sold out on a number of costume sites, including Costume.com, BuyCostumes.com and HalloweenCostumes.com.”
The good news is that you can still find some on Amazon. Before we go into that, though, I don’t need to tell you that the plastic Bane masks you normally wear to comic cons are not medical grade. Nor are they probably really effective in protecting you and the people around you.
Still, if you plan to go as Bane to an event – likely virtual – any time soon, you might want to get a mask now.
