Get Your Hargreeves on With The Umbrella Academy Game

Are you missing the Hargreeves siblings already? You are most certainly not alone. The rest of the world is with you – including us. After re-watching the first season of The Umbrella Academy right before binging on the second season, we just feel drained. But only because we can’t wait for more!

Unfortunately, we can’t do much about that, but we do have wonderful options like The Umbrella Academy game.

The game is based on the comics (pick them up if you haven’t already!) and brings the Hargreeves to life on your tabletop.

You can play as anyone of the seven siblings – take your pick! You use that as your hero card, and then you get a life card to go with your hero. Each player gets 5 Hero Attack cards, which you can then use against the Villain Cards. You also get a deck of Villain Attack Cards.

Pretty straightforward?

The Umbrella Academy Game wouldn’t do the story justice if it didn’t shake things up a bit. You know, like adding a deck of Dysfunctional Family Cards.

The game ends when all the villains are defeated or all the family members are killed – whichever comes first.

But, there is more.

The Final Battle comes, when defeated villains come back to life.

That’s gist and it’s already intriguing us.

The artwork will really get you, too.
