Here’s another compelling reason to be more vigilant when it comes to the security of your online accounts – not that you should have to be convinced at this point, really.

We all know that hackers will always find a way to get their hands on private information, including premium accounts for services such as Spotify, for example. They don’t do this just for fun. They actually want to make money off it.

Normally, if someone wants to buy stolen premium accounts, he has to go to the dark side of the Internet. That side where Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is what matters.

With PavIvy, however, things have changed. Hackers are getting more aggressive.

PavIvy is a web platform that is out in the open for everyone to access. On the surface, it looks totally clean.

It even has a note at the top of the page saying “We are actively monitoring and banning the sales of hacked netflix accounts. Do not use PayIvy for selling hacked netflix or stolen accounts you do not own.”

However, this page still shows what can be found on the site, and you have an option to pay via PayPal!

Other things sold on the platform are license keys for Adobe and Microsoft products as well as gaming accounts (Steam, Origin, and PSN).

This development is rather scary, and it should serve as a wake up call for those who take online security lightly.
