The internet can be a dark, dangerous place, and now, powerful people are trying to take control of it. The government. The corporations. They want to be in charge and manipulate us.

We are NOT going to stand for it. We are not going to sit down and take it.

Instead, we are going to take the internet and keep it locked up in our safes – or in our bedroom drawers, as the case may be.

How do I put this…?

The IT Crowd is something everyone – nerd, geek, dork, or whatever label (or lack thereof) you want – should watch. It tells the story of a couple of IT guys (Moss and Roy) and a wonderful woman (Jen) who knows practically nothing about computers but somehow ends up as the IT manager.

It’s full of geek/nerd/dork tropes, but you can’t help but love it. And I mean love it.

So how does this all come together when there’s no “internet” in IT?
