New LEGO Movie Sets Coming in January 2015
Basic LEGO blocks are a must for any LEGO fan – kid or otherwise (although, in my experience, Duplos are better for little kids). But there is something about special LEGO sets that one just can’t resist. Especially if it is The LEGO Movie set. (There’s something meta here, don’t you think?)
Anyhow, the news is that in January 2015, we’re going to see new LEGO Movie sets on the shelves, so get yourselves ready. To give you a preview:
New LEGO Movie Set: Batman and Super Angry Kitty Attack
To be honest, the LEGO Movie trailer was way more exciting than the entire movie. While it had its nuggets, I think my expectations were just a tad high.
In any case, this LEGO Movie set will probably satisfy just about anyone, for what better combination can you have than Batman and Super Angry Kitty?
New LEGO Movie Set: Double Decker Couch
While Evan’s Double Decker Couch may be the worst idea ever, it did serve a purpose in the end, didn’t it? So the next time someone tells you, “Worst idea ever!”, show them this LEGO Movie set. That should shut them up pretty fast.
New LEGO Movie Set: Bad Cop Car Chase
There’s nothing like a good car chase, and with this set, you have a cop car, the Batcycle, and four minifigs: Wyldstyle, Bad Cop, and two Robo-Cops.
It’s a pity that these new LEGO Movie sets are not going to be released before Christmas, because if you give them as presents, you’re going to have so many brownie points that you just might get a pass or two for the next gift-giving time.
