R2D2 Tamagotchi? Good Lord, Please!
When we see things like this R2D2 Tamagotchi, we know the year is taking a turn for the better. There is no doubt where we stand on this matter.

Unfortunately, even if all of us screamed this incessantly, we are going to have to wait until November for the release of this uber cute R2D2 Tamagotchi.
Anyone would understand why this seemingly innocuous egg-shaped thing would turn into an instant in-demand toy, right? I mean, R2D2 — the most adorable Star Wars droid (okay, we’re ready to take fire for that). Tamagotchi — hello, the 90s called, and it wants to spread its awesomeness to 2021!
So, yes, forgive us if we’re a tad too enthusiastic today.
What should you expect from the most wanted toy of the year (aside from bleep bleep bleep bleep)? Here are the product specs:
- Train R2-D2 to master various skills with STAR WARSTM R2-D2 TAMAGOTCHI
- Take care of R2-D2 by keeping him charged and clean and by playing two mini-games (firefighting and Dejarik “holochess”)
- There are 19 skills for R2-D2 to learn and 7 mini-games for him to unlock, depending on his skill level
- Make sure you keep your R2-D2 happy. If you neglect him for too long, the Jawas may take him away!
- Comes with 1 Star Wars R2-D2 Tamagotchi with classic white R2-D2 shell on a chain to take with you everywhere! Also available with a blue hologramR2-D2 shell. Batteries (2xLR44) included. For Ages 8+
