Stock Up on Captain Picard Facepalm Cookies

For when a real facepalm just isn’t good enough.

We’ve all been in a situation like that – either virtual or in real life, when someone just does or says something way beyond stupid that you can’t facepalm yourself enough. When even a Merida-style headdesk won’t do things justice.

For those moments, nothing but Jean-Luc Picard‘s famous facepalm will do. But why potentially inflict harm on yourself for someone else’s stupidity when you can hand out these Captain Picard Facepalm Cookies instead?

They are the creations of justJENN, whose forte is baking the geeky and obscure, although I have to say that Picard’s facepalm is hardly obscure, as you’ve all probably seen this video a gazillion times.

Still, she probably is the only one who has actually baked Captain Picard Facepalm Cookies, and showed them off. And, in my book, she deserves a cookie for that.

Then again, she bought the cookie cutter from Etsy, so the chances are that there are others who are baking loads of facepalm cookies so they can hand them out at will.

I don’t know about you, but if I were given one of these, I won’t feel disparaged. I’ll go say more stupid things to get more cookies instead.
