Fancy Some Pikachu Donuts?
Japanese donut chain Mister Donut released special edition Pikachu donuts, much to the delight of fans. I mean, who doesn’t love donuts? Add cute Pikachu to the mix, and you can’t go wrong.
Mister Donut DID go wrong, though. Things went sideways when the donut company messed up missed the mark with its “design”.

Well, yeah. That’s not so much cute as…WTF is Pikachu on???
While it’s not exactly nightmarish as some have described the donut, it comes close to being a travesty.

As a result of the online noise, Mister Donut has had to pull the Pikachu donuts off the market. Even before its official launch, which is tomorrow, November 16. (They had a pre-selling period last week.)
