Relive Tron with the Glow Headphones
Do you have a poster of Tron on your wall? Do you have this affinity for glowing blue streaks? Do you like listening to your music via excellent quality headphones?
If so, you’ll want to take a look at one of the Kickstarter staff’s picks: the Glow Headphones.
The name of the product pretty much says it all, and at first glance, there doesn’t seem to be much to talk about it.
It’s a pair of headphones that glow. So effin’ what?
For starters, it’s not just any glowing headphones, but it’s a pair of “smart headphones”. Anything that can do a little something more these days, is called smart, yeah?
In the case of Glow Headphones, what’s pretty cool is that it uses laser technology coupled with sensors. The headphones then glows and pulses in time with the beat of your music OR your heart. So don’t wear/use them if you’re going on a first date with someone you really, really want to impress. Else, you might give away the fact that your confidence is all a façade.
Glow also has a 5-way controller which you can use for the usual controls for music as well as make calls, text, and use other apps.
Another practical use I can think of: you can use it when you jog at night so motorists see you from afar.
