Super Heroic Is the Footwear Brand for Kids Who Want to Be Superheroes
Not in the way you might be thinking, though.
While clothes, shoes, and other accessories with popular superheroes from DC and Marvel are all the rage these days, there is something else just as heroic out there. Now, don’t get us wrong – we’re not trash talking DC and Marvel merch even if they do leave a burning hole in our pockets. We love them as much as the next superhero fan.
It’s just that Super Heroic taps a little deeper into the real world’s sense of good.
Super Heroic is a brand founded by ex-Nike designer Jason Mayden, who used to be the creative lead for the Jordan line. He left the company in 2013 due to health issues his son was facing, and that led him to thinking about doing something to promote health, wellness, and empowerment among children.
Thus, Super Heroic was born.
The brand’s mission is straightforward: “to empower children with the power of play”. To encourage them, in a fun way, that they can be superheroes in the real world and solve problems in their own way – big or small.
Not only do the shoes look cool, but their packaging takes things to the next level.
They do stay true to the tradition of superheroes – the shoes come with a cape. Even the unboxing is a whole production. When the kid pulls out the shoes from the cylinder container, “video game music” plays.
While Super Heroic’s focus is footwear, they do have a couple of accessories available on their website – a Tactical Tee and a Heroic Hat – to complete the ensemble.
Visit their website and get your kids a Super Heroic pair of shoes.
