The Super Mario Encyclopedia will be published by Dark Horse Publishing (same guys behind comic book titles like Hellboy: Krampusnacht and Rasputin) following the success of their New York Times bestseller The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia, The Legend of Zelda: Art & Artifacts, The Art of Splatoon, and The Art of Fire Emblem Awakening.
The encyclopedia will cover three decades of everything Super Mario – from content from 17 Super Mario games to the evolution of Goomba to Yoshi’s debut and everything in between. Whether you only love the original Super Mario Bros.™ or you are super loyal to the entire franchise, you’ll want this book as it covers everything up to Super Mario™ 3D World.
