The 10 Commandments of RPGs
RPG players are a species of their own. They have their own world and habits that may not be understood by “regular” people – and yes, that’s saying that RPG players are special. In a good way.
And, just like other groups/activities have their Commandments, RPGs have their own as well.
Dorkly has pretty much got it right with their rendition of the 10 Commandments of RPGs, which every player should know by heart.
The first is undeniably the most important one.
Here are a couple more that will make you nod your head vigorously.
Being prudent is always good. You never know when “later” will be, but you’ll be thankful you waited for it.
In lieu of healing items, a healer will do. In fact, a healer is even better.
You may not be the talkative, sociable type in real life, but in-game, you have to be. Unless you want to miss out on important clues.
