What Do You Think of Comics Version of Chris Evans’ Captain America?

For many Marvel fans of this generation, Chris Evans is the face of Captain America. While the older generation (or hardcore fans) may remember other faces – such as this cover from 1969 – there is no doubt that Chris Evans has made his mark. Indelibly.

So, while we are all very sad with Cap’s fate at the end of Avengers: Endgame, knowing he has passed on the shield to Falcon (Sam Wilson), it is unlikely we will not think of his face everything we think of this Marvel superhero.

While we may not be seeing Chris Evans as Captain America in the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (the schedule of which is up in the air right now because of the corona virus, as most things are), we revel in this piece of fan art giving Evans’ character the comic book look. Or maybe it’s the other way around. Maybe BossLogic gave the comic book Captain America the Chris Evans’ look.

As you can see from the first image, this is a brilliant tribute to Rob Liefeld’s artwork. And the genius has something to say about it.

Approval doesn’t get much more real than that, does it?

So, what do you think?
