DC Collectibles Batman Animated Series Batcave Vignette
Mattel is launching its new Wonder Woman toy line, but of course, DC itself is not going to be outdone. As awesome as the Wonder Woman toys are, there will always be fans clamoring for – you got it – Batman.
Ahead of the New York Toy Fair, DC Entertainment revealed new items as part of the DC Collectibles line, one of the most popular (predicted to be, that is) is the Batman Animated Series Batcave Vignette.
The first of its kind, the DC Collectibles Batman Animated Series Batcave Vignette is set to blow your mind away with the mere idea of playing with the 15.5”x 17”x 21” set. From the press release:
The Batcave will feature a special LED light-up Bat-Computer, interchangeable computer screen graphics and will include an exclusive Alfred action figure with unique accessories.
“The Batcave Vignette is a great example of how we’re constantly looking for new ways to capture the most iconic and authentic moments from the DC Universe and reimagine them in three-dimensional form,” stated DC Collectibles Executive Director, Creative, Jim Fletcher. “Now Batman: The Animated Series action figure collectors have an entirely new way to display and enhance their collections.”
The set isn’t due to arrive till October of this year (estimate), but you can pre-order it from Big Bad Toy Store now for $139.99 (original list price $174.99).
