Stranger Things is the best thing that happened to TV this year – no argument necessary. If you’re a fan (if you’re not, then you might want to re-evaluate your taste in TV shows), then your Halloween costume this year is a no-brainer. In the general sense, at least. You’ll go as something – or, in this case, something – from Stranger Things.

While you’ve got a bunch of character choices – Hop and Joyce are easy ones – there are two glaring options that everyone will want to go for: the Demogorgon and 11.

Now, while El and the monster are really one (ooops! J/K, it’s just a theory, albeit a strong one), you can still go as one or another. For some, El is the obviously more badass – all the while cuter – choice; for others, the Demogorgon’s form is more exciting.

If you belong to the second group, you better start practicing your makeup and crafting skills now. Here are two Demorgogon Halloween costume tutorials, which will make sure every Stranger Things fans in the party will die in envy.

The costumes are jaw-dropping, but unless you’re particularly used to doing this thing, you’ll really need to start learning now. I am sure it’ll be worth the effort, though.
