This Kellogg’s Cereal Vending Machine Will Make Your Breakfast For You
Because, you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But not everyone is a morning person who can whip up breakfast first thing in the morning. And not everyone can cook. Especially if you are a student. As such, a cereal vending machine is akin to God’s gift to college students living away from home…
That was convincing, wasn’t it? It really can be difficult to make breakfast.
Kellogg’s being the brand that it is, it has partnered up with Chowbotics (a division of DoorDash). The group is known for putting together machines that make salad, and Kellogg’s cereal vending machine is similar, albeit delivering more carbs than its salad-making counterpart.
With the glorious name of (the Kellogg’s) Bowl Bot, this machine can serve up your preferred breakfast cereal mix – your choice of nuts and even fresh fruit – leaving you enough time to brush your teeth before you run off to class. You can also choose between milk or yoghurt to go with your cereals.
To use the cereal vending machine, you can opt to expose yourself to the touchscreen or you can use an app on your phone.
Pricing starts at $3 per bowl, with more complicated mixes costing up to $6.50.

For now, the Bowl Bot is in the testing phase, with only two campuses getting to enjoy it – Florida State University or the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Who knows, though, it might make it to more places in the future.
