It is a universally known fact that geeks and nerds have trouble interacting with other people, especially those they meet for the first time. Okay, that may be too much of a generalization, but if you can relate to that statement, then you need Outta Our Shells, a card game that will help you connect more easily with others, strangers or not.

You can say that. Outta Our Shells is an upgraded, modernized ice breaker. I suppose you can always go the old fashioned way of making small talk, but with this card game, things are made much easier and will ease you out of your introverted, well, shell.

It is made for all ages, so you can use it with anyone, anytime. A super casual game, it will be handy to have around for when you have company or you’re simply having dead time at home with the kids (or adults).

If you’re in a bind, you could even use it on a date… 😉

You need at least 2 players (unless you want to get to know yourself better, you can always play alone). There are three decks of cards – Fortune cards, Cat/rat cards, and Questions. You play in three phases – Questions Phase, Cat or Rat Phase, and Discard Phase.

For the basic game, you’ll need to shell out $20. For more perks and expansion sets, you can pledge up to $108. Shipping is set for September 2020 – just in time for the holiday gatherings.
